Hello to All, my daughter recently finished her six month 100 gig $28 deal.I advised her to retain her number, to port to Aldimobile for $5,which was done and ported ok.I then told her to port back to Circles and retain her number for 100 gig for $38.When applying, she receives unable to port number already exists.I have ported many times without problems, but never tried Circles… Am I missing something, and can they do this… Thanks for any info.
This has happened to me with Amaysim as well, it usually happens when 2 accounts are created with the same number. Best to contact Circles.Life to get this sorted.
