How Long Does It Take to Receive Catch.com.au SIM?

Hi I bought a new SIM from Catch.com.au last Monday but still got nothing today, wondering usually how long does it take to receive their SIM?
Tracking on their site said different things depending on where I check my order, so it isn't helpful. Also contacted their help desk, still waiting for a response.

    Usually takes 1-2 weeks, this would depend on the company shipping the product though (e,g AusPost, TNT, etc.)

    Always been 2-3 days to Brisbane QLD via regular mail - use the live chat and request a new sim card.

      I wish I lived in a Metropolitan area, 2-3 days would be great haha.

    There is an express post option with additional cost.
