  • Roborock official AU store tries to sell this for $999.

  • Deal still valid.

  • Anyone had experience with tecobuy or tobydeals? Their cs and support are non existence, emailed for some pre sales questions and no reply.

    • Does take a few days for replies the first time, then it's only about a day there after if its under the same chain

  • Still haven't received my tracking number but they have replied to say that they have sent but not received the tracking number from the third party yet.

    • If they have said its been packed and dispatched that is good. Shoulf arrive within 2 2weeks from that day. If its still in processing then they are waiting to receive stock

      • I just wish they provided the tracking number as promised:

        According to them, the item was collected by the courier on 7/8.

        • So when you go into your account. Check your order and it should have a option saying track order. When you click on that it opens a new tab that links to dpex showimg the tracking info

          • @DoesntEvenMatter: My order is not linked to my account. There was an issue when I placed the order and it was completed without creating an account. I then asked them to link the order to my account (same email address) but that never happened. I receive their emails, I have an order number, but I can't track it on my account.

            The last message from 4 days ago:

            Dear Customer,

            Thank you for your message.

            I am very happy to inform you that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
            However, we have not yet received your personal tracking information from the courier.

            Please note that once we receive this information, we need to manually input it into our system before we can send it to you by email.
            It will normally take around 5-10 working days before the courier arrives at your door to deliver your new product.

            We are here in case you need further support.

            Hopefully, everything will be fine, but I don't understand the difficulty with providing a tracking number. We always want to track our items.

  • Whatever these guys are doing, they are not being honest when replying to emails.

    Order placed

    7/8:
    "Thank you for your order from Tecobuy. Your order has been well packed and will be ready to be dispatched from our warehouse soon."

    7/8:
    "I have checked the status of your order for you.

    Your order has been picked and is awaiting shipment.

Rest assured that once we receive the tracking number from the courier, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email with tracking number of your parcel for you to trace shipment status.

    Kindly understand that in some circumstances, the parcel's first status will be only updated after 2 -3 working days for some couriers after tracking number is provided."

    So, they keep BS-ing… Order "picked up" ten days ago, and now, "ready to be packed today".

    I've asked them to cancel my order and refund, let's see how it goes.

    • I've never really had any problems ordering with them. You did have a unique issue with your account not registering. The dodgy thing they do is claim to have stock when they don't and usually takes about a week or 2 for them to receive it before they dispatch it
