The bi-weekly 15-20% tech sales with NoFrills, Sony, DCXpert etc, seem to have evaporated with the end of the financial year. I've been waiting for these sales to start up again but no signs of anything. They ran all through 2018 and 2019 up until June of this year.

The best I've ever used was a 10% off site wide (over a year ago). All other high % "deals" were not really a deal at all.

There have been a couple of "20% off all tech" sales but not enough that I'd say they ran all through 2018 and 2019.
I've noticed the odd deal from Good Guys, Bing Lee, et al where they do 15 OR 20% storewide through their ebay stores too, but again, not frequently. They seem to line up more with Frenzy or Black Friday than EOFY though.
FWIW a lot of EOFY sales have been delayed or truncated this year as retailers have experienced both shipping delays and lower sales so they're not under pressure to clear stock the way they have been in previous years.
FYI. there had never been 15-20% sales on eBay on anything. At best you would have gotten 5% due to widespread price-jacking which was part and parcel of every sale they've ever had. Forget about these so called eBay sales and look elsewhere(i.e. Amazon) and with a little bit of patience you are most likely to find better deals.
