Has anyone made a guaranteed pricing claim on the ANZ travel rewards visa?
There is no information at all to the link or form to make the claim in the booklet or website. Everything just points to the allianz site to make a travel insurance claim.

They just link you to the insurance booklet pdf which is useless. So stupid. Found a link via google in the end

It's made near impossible on purpose. The only part online is for travel insurance claims. It's so obvious they are making it hard to do a price or warranty claim. ANZ customer service was useless just pointing to the booklet which omitted any links to the warranty and price claims. Thinking by the time they check the forms and my printouts of the new sale price, the item will prob be out of stock . I wonder what happened in that case .. that it's in-stock when I make the claim, but by the time they get to assess the claim it's out of stock and have to take my word for it with the printout
I looked at the form and it has an email option
Yeah I had to print the forms, fill it in and scan the forms and print outs of the new advertised price, my invoice. Put it all as a PDF and emailed them.
Theres not much point in contacting ANZ, as stated in the book, they don't provide the insurance, they're just the middle man. Contact Allianz with your policy number.
Amazingly Allianz approved it with 3 days. Just got the money this morning
I didn't realise this was a feature of the card, I've only claimed in travel insurance.
