only if you don't also buy men's clothing from there.
Can non-discounted gift cards be used to buy school wear & on VIP/ZERO sale days? If I give this as a gift will the recipient know of the exclusion or do I need to communicate that I'm being cheap and there are restrictions?
I've previously bought discounted gift cards to buy school wear. Is this a new thing? How will Lowes know the gift card is discounted when I go in store to use it?
Like the previous comment, these gift cards are useless if you can't use them for school wear or on discount days to stack savings….
It's has to be at least 18 months that they have had the restrictions on them.
I know because I used to buy the discounted gift cards and would use them when there was a sale on and never had an issue using until around 18 months ago when I tried to purchase a pair of mens pants during a sale and when they scanned the gift card in store I was advised that it couldn't be used during the sale.
I can only assume they log the serial numbers / flag the discounted cards in their computer system when they issue them.
Is the gift card different from the gift card you buy at full cost? Or all gift card can't buy school wear now?
gift cards on discount can only be bought online, I just visited my local store and they showed me the web site t&c.
even the physical gift card can't be used instore?
basically useless
