TLDR: What printer can i purchase that has cheap generic ink on eBay?
Long story:
My parents had a Brother inkjet printer that has just died after years of service. When we needed to purchase ink we could buy cheap generic ink from Ebay like 20 cartridges for 20 bucks or something.
Now I'm looking for a replacement printer but can't find anything with cheap generic ink. Help me. It has to be inkjet not laser because mum like craft.

Places like InkStation sell generic ink for virtually any printer you can name.
and they always have active coupon codes.
(at least for me, I can always find one when I need to purchase).

Cant see any retailer selling any cheaper than 15 or so in general, maybe best to try and find a replacement brother inkjet? seeing they can use 1 dollar cartridges
wouldn't bother with them, they're just second grade retailer that sell non oem ink and toner at nearly oem price, go on ebay and look around, plenty of reputable sellers with half of inkstation price.
I disagree.
Take a random example - Canon Pixma MX926 multifunction OEM full ink cartridge set is $110 at normal retailers, ink station non-OEM set is $25. Now you might be able to get the same set on eBay for $12, but inkstation prices are not OEM prices.
What model is the Brother?
Went printer shopping 2 days ago and there was literally nothing left. Went to 4 stores only to purchase a marked up desk jet. Was planning on buying the Epson WF-7725.
