Perfect to go with $100 365 60GB sim card.

    • Does this eligible?

      • Not sure if it will as it’s under mobiles

    • Does that work even though it’s catch.com.au instead of catchconnect?

      • +1

If you don't unidays code this should work I think.

      • I am not sure if it will as it’s under mobiles I think

    • +1

Catch Mobile is listed under Electronics when you select Browse by Category, so it's likely ineligible.

Hi rep - is kettle classified as electrical or home appliance? Is it eligible for 20% Cashback?

    • Is nocure rep?

      • +3

        I wish…

    • I’d like to know as well. On the lookout for a toaster. Usually, they fall under ‘Electrical’ (on other sites)…

    • Same situation. I'm looking at an accessory for my stick blender. Cheaper elsewhere otherwise.

  • As above dose it work with the $100 365 60gb sim card?

  • +3

would it be ok if the payment is made by ZIPpay?

  • +5

Oh piss off, i just ordered $100 worth of stuff 15min ago (1min before this was posted)

  • No deal if can't pay with gift cards

    • I know some aren't sophisticated enough to see the value of $3 bonus and this 18% after GST as beating the last 15% off Gift card deal .
Hmmmm 3 rd parties where no UNI codes are in play is the battlefield for this to help you out :)

      • +1

$20 max doesn't beat gift card deal if spending over $100.

      • -1

Some people aren't just sophisticated enough to use their 20% off Catch gift cards combined with the newsletter codes but hey maybe better luck next time champ ;)

  • +1

Time to booze it up :)

  • Can I use this in conjunction with UNiDays code and using Zip?

    • Read the first line… Zip should be fine though.

  • Waiting on top pick a weber go anywhere. Overseas stock tho

  • What else are you all planning to buy?

  • So even if things aren't electrical/electronic but are for electronic things (ie. airpods case), they won't be eligible?

  • +2

Hey TA, is this payable on marketplace purchases on the catch website? Thanks 😊

    • +2

Not TA, but yes keeping in mind the excluded categories.

  • +2

I've already seen a few merchants marking up their price.

  • +7

For my last 4 purchases via cashrewards only two tracked.

  • I can see tablet accessories (cases, screen protectors etc.) are listed under eletrical, although they themselves aren't electrical items.. Guessing these are ineligible too?

    • I'm in the same boat, I want a laptop stand and a case, but I think they class as electrical?

  • Catch.com.au also sells grog these days. Technically, this is 20% off of alcohol.

    • +3

Added a bottle of Whiskey to the cart and the delivery to a metro area was $19. Defeats the purpose really

      • +1

        Same. It's ridiculous.

      • I just checked and they've taken off the alcohol sold by Boozebud. This mob is pretty good because their prices are similar to Uncle Dan and offers free delivery.

        • BoozeBud items I was looking at are still showing up for me.

  • So joy con controller is excluded :(

  • +2

such an annoyingly vague exclusion clause. want to buy a massager from the appliances category, it's not in the electrical category but is it in/ is it out? no way to confirm 100% based on the wording so have to assume it's a no. wish they would just cleanly match the exlusions to the categories on the shops webiste. the thought i end up exhausting on CR/SB stupid exlusions and gotcha terms sours these deals. i save money, but i also get caught out and waste time unnecessarily in equal measure.

They hiked up the price: Teacher's Highland Cream Blended Scotch Whisky 700mL was $35.85 around 4:30pm, now $39.99. They also removed free shipping for Johnnie Walker Red Label Scotch Whisky (700ml).

  • its a bit of a joke it doesn't include GST…Is this the only store that doesn't include GST in cashback?

    • no it's pretty much every store if you check the T&Cs on the CR/SB landing page for the store it's in there.

      • I did a quick looks between cash rewards and ShopBack, cash rewards seem to list “may not be payable on gst” on most stores.

Shop back doesn’t say It excludes GST for the same stores Cashrewards does.

If purchasing something expensive my be worth a look between the 2 sites.

        • +1

The term is generic across all our stores as we have no way of controlling which do and which don’t report ex GST.

Trust me. Any store that reports ex GST to CR will also report ex GST to SB. The entire sale & commission reporting system is automated via the associated affiliate network (middleman). Thanks.

  • Spent $86 but it only tracked $78.22. Does the calculation exclude GST or something?

    • doggy bro.

    • +1

yes. they should really advertise "18.1818% cashback!". not as catchy though

      • Or even just "maximum cashback enough to cover shipping costs"…

    • Yes, $61.90 on catch was recorded as $56.28 on cashrewards. That's like GST but not exactly, some strange rounding off.

      • $61.90 ÷ 1.1 = $56.28

  • Zip is just spinning out happening for anyone else?

  • +1

Can confirm zip works with cash back.

    Cash back tracked excludes gst.

Cheers OP. Got a Macallan 12YO Delivered for $87 via Boozebud( 20% CB and $3 Bonus from CR).

  • +3

Am using nocure's referral link for another $10, so should get total $30 back :-)
Feeling smugged till I realised I forgot to activate CR's $3 cash back as well. Oh well, have to look for another thing to buy to use it…

  • +1

Thanks OP, bought one 30m Retractable Hose Reel for $71.20 after cashback.

  • How do I avoid using store credit? It keeps applying and there doesn't seem to be a way to not apply it.

    • +1

Only one way spend it all and then you are free .

  • +2

Link for some grog via Boozebud with free delivery.

  • +1

Tracking email came 3 mins after purchase

  • So annoyed I missed this because it wouldn’t let me log into zip pay via the Cashrewards app
