I recently tried to dark Ghana and it was very nice but I didn't find it all that much better than the dark chocolate that Ikea sell.
I'm sure the Ikea dark choc doesnt have as much cocoa percentage as the Dark Ghana one tho? So the taste would surely be different (better - depends if you like a slightly more bitter taste due to more cocoa).
@MJ90s the taste is different but I find if dark is your occasional go to the 4 x price difference isn't enough to make you run for the Whittaker's for the flavour difference.
The Whittaker's milk range on the other hand I would argue is worth the extra $$ over the standard run of the mill Ikea milk chocolate.Interesting, might be the blend of ingredients i guess - mind you i always go for the one with the most cacao percent so its just my tastes are more for the bitter compounds.
Wanted to try that one. I liked their dark almond but would prefer just chocolate and nothing else. None of the stores in my area seem to stock it though, just shows up as unavailable and not out-of-stock
