So I found a GBA SP from Cashies. Battery doesn’t last long. What do you guys think about grabbing a battery from Aliex?
The battery I was looking at says 1100mAh (original is 850)
One of the customer reviews mentioned “you claim it’s 1100mAh but the sticker on my battery says 2800mAh so which is it?”
This one review made me so anxious to buy from them but it’s about USD13.. Should I bother or anyone got any recommendation? Cheers
If my recent experience with AliExpress is anything to go by, buy your stuff in Australia, even if it costs a few $$’s more. I ordered a heap of stuff in late Feb/early March, and only one thing has arrived so far. The rest is stuck in transit and Ali isn’t refunding because it was posted and stuck in transit.
I've started to see some of the older (March-ish) orders show up, recent orders are only taking the usual 2-3 weeks.
Most stuff has a 90 day delivery window (not the usual 60) and you've only got 15 days to file a dispute if that closes automatically. AliExpress isn't good about telling you that sort of thing these days, they even stopped email notifications last year.
Checking the "Awaiting feedback" is the quickest way to see if any have timed out.
Yeah, I noticed the buyer protection was pushed from 45 days out to 60 days. I am starting to see some things moving on the tracking websites though, so it could mean that i might get them before september…
I swear there are ones compatible with the ds or dslite that works with the sp. You need to clip the tabs, or its the other way round.
They're available locally for $15 on eBay with buyer protection. Why bother paying more from Aliexpress, risking item quality and waiting ages?
