Gumtree or FB Marketplace. There are lots of aspiring artists who realise they can't draw and are quick to offload them.

Apple doesn't discount. You might get lucky with a 5-10% at some once in a blue moon sale. Or try their education store for a 1-3% discount.

Apple Education has the Apple pencil for $199 and you might be able to get a price match at Officeworks if you're lucky.
