These have never been that cheap. I haven't seen anything but second hand ones for under $200 since they first came out. This is hands down the cheapest they have ever been.

      • I was talking general sorry. All I want is a K70 keyboard LOL

  • Okay this one is going to sound weird…

But not a worthy choice anymore in my opinion the GPW last 60+ hours on one charge and charges to full in like 20 minutes.

I use the same mouse everyday for work and gaming.

Just buy a GPW and dont worry about charging ever.

  • Can't justify this when I only need to charge my G Pro every 2-3 weeks for 2-3 hours for full charge.

  • This reminds me of the Wacom mouse that works with their intuos drawing pads a decade ago.

  • Im on a g604 and 1 eneloop lasts several weeks..

  • It is a luxury but it works flawlessly and exactly as described. Never had any issue with mine paired with a g903.

However, prices have gone up remarkably with covid.

The soft/cloth mousepads on these are prone to fraying as it's cheap rubbish build with no stitching on the edges.

I know because I used to own this, and there is no way to buy a replacement part. I'd highly recommend against anyone buying this if you like the cloth mousepad as when it breaks, I could not find an exact match spare part anywhere. Logitech sells them but only in US/CA, they will not ship to Australia.

I couldn't find an exact fit replacement mousepad and it needs to be exact because the material under is a sticky non-slip rubber, so it's very irritating on the skin if it's not fully covered.

Just sharing my experience. It's a cool product but a flawed build that is only a matter of time for it to break down if you put any kind of pressure on the edges which the way most people use a mouse, I'd say they would.

  • Had one of these along with the g502 wireless. But got rid of it for the Razer firefly version. I think I prefer the razer more since it doesnt have onboard battery so the mouse is really light, feels much better.

I had Powerplay to pair with my GPW. Somehow, it stopped charging my mouse after 1 year :( I think QC for these are kind of shit. I read on reddit and people were having same issues. Sadly, I bought this from US so I couldn't get warranty on them :(

Since when? It doesn't matter where you bought it from, it's still covered by a 2 year warranty unless you got it second hand. You're also covered by Australian consumer law for everything bought overseas too which extends for at least the length of the warranty itself.

      • Yea, that's what I thought. I tried to fill out RMA with them. They told me that I bought it from US so they need to transfer me to US department. Then US just goes silent….they never responded to me after that. After that, I just didn't care about that charging pad anymore, I just tape my wire to the desk and whenever it is low, I plug in and take out….I guess not fully wireless but hey….better than dealing with those extra headaches :(

        • Then threaten with the ACCC. I've encountered that crap with some American companies as that's what they get away with there and they try to use that same BS ignore tactic with us. However, at the end of the day they don't have a choice as it's the law and the ACCC is hardcore.

You could probably still get it replaced if it's within 2 years. Worth doing even if you just sell it.,

  • People over here paying more for their peripherals than their graphics cards lmao

  • Bought this along with a G602 lightspeed a month of so ago and loving it so far. Might seem a bit extravagant but worth it assuming you're computer doesn't need anything else.

For the people wondering how the charging works in regards to battery wear, while using powerplay the mouse won't charge up to 100%. I don't remember the exact value but its charges up to around 80-95%.

There is an indicator light below the G logo that indicates charging or not, dim white for connected but not charging - bright white for actively charging.

I just bought it from ebay for 135 with free delivery.

    • Link?

Sorry mate. I had too many drinks last night and didn't notice it was used! Haha, I really shouldn't buy things online when hitting the turps.

  • Is this worth getting? Owners? I just plug my cable in to charge it.

    • Definitely worth it but it's down the list of things you would bother upgrading about your computer. I always did wired because I couldn't be bothered charging so to me it's a bigger capability jump - eg you already do wireless. So all it's going to do is save you plugging in, how often do you do it?

      • I would say once a week.

    • +1

Yes. As someone who was wired then wireless then wired again. I am now back to wireless and will never go back. It won't seem like much at first and you may think it's a little pointless, but as the days and weeks pass you'll really appreciate how good it is being truly wire free. Especially if you have a wireless keyboard that still needs to be plugged in once a week for charging. No wire, no dongle, no lag. It's hard to explain how such a small thing makes such a big difference, but it does.

  • This is weird to me. Get rid of the wire on your mouse only to add a wire to your mousepad?

    • +2

How often do you move your mousepad?

  • If anyone looking for a mouse consider g903 for $100.89 to go with this.
