  How would you recommend diluting the IPA to 70%? Is it ok to use tap water or do you need distilled?

    Probably boil it first, and make it in small batches. But really, you would want some glycerine or aloe in there, otherwise it will dry your hands out in no time flat, so might as well buy some premade ones.

  Not as good a deal once you realise that subsequent bottles incur additional postage but still good deal compared to current market-

          @melb-chems: Is it a taboo to ask where the IPA was made in? I bought 2 x 1L bottles from Ebay just last month. The seller is an Australian family business and was quite helpful and prompt in their responses, except for when I actually asked the above magic question in the last email I sent to them, then they just ignored me. The sale was done I guess.

    Isopropyl Alcohol can be mixed with distilled water for cleaning. Hand sanitiser should be used for sanitising hands (not cleaning.)
