I was at Myer Fremantle the other day and saw this deal, some other Myers have also been running it at selected stores/states, there was also a few other deals going around but I believe the laptop deal might be the most relevant:

Laptops might be '1 day' only but they still had a lot of stock, most games where above normal prices but with 2 for 1 it makes them a deal.

Note: I did ask a guy at the store if he would consider discounting some of the other games further ($99 for Halo 3, LOL!) & he just gave me bullshit that they're already below cost, hopefully your local Myer has better customer service and you can get some nice deals!

    ended up buying another couple of Move games at $29.95 for the pair… added to my collection of trade bait and got myself Dark Souls LE.

    Not as good a deal as the one they had last weekend for 50% off. Their prices are higher than many other retailers across the board.

    Just got stuffed around by their (always, 100% of the time the counter is empty) understaffed perth CBD store.

    Two prices marked on the item of course. They want to charge the higher one. Catch is, the lower price is the everyday price. Been there enough that you cant fool me.

    Negged for their dodgy practices.

    FYI they are exiting gaming, so they will not be getting new stock.

    Well I had a pretty good experience today!

    I went to price a few games, as I mentioned above - there weren't prices on most things.

    Got them to scan F1 2010 ($69.95), Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare ($49.95), and with the buy 1 get 1 free it came down to $69.95.

    They then took 40% off and the guy said those two games would be $25.something. Didn't really compute to me but I thought well if it's that cheap I'll get the other game too.

    He scanned Mafia II ($39.95), and then said the total was $23.74 - go figure!!!

    So, 3 games for $23.74 - none of them on the JB exclusion list either, but I actually want to play these ones :)
