Best 40 Inch TV for under $450

A few options on Kogan, jb etc but wondering what everyone thinks is the best value

I know the price point isn't high, but that's the requirement

      I had a black dot on mine, sent them pictures they got courier to pick it up and I got a new one once they logged the old one as received.
      
      Some people have had bad luck I understand that.
