Hi,
I just bought a Philips Airfryer XXL and wondering if the accessories that they offer are really required? Anyone have and can comment if they're worth getting?
The two I was considering are the Grill Master and Party Master.
Cheers,
Geoff.

Any idea what I could use to create a second layer in the air fryer?
That's why I was considering the Party Master, to create a 2nd level
I haven't thought of that actually as never needed to.
Also, this is the correct link to the 20cm pan version I have: https://www.target.com.au/p/round-sandwich-tin/63044270
My digital XXL came with a rack that I use as a second shelf…
I brought random cake tins etc to fit, nothing expensive.
Ebay is the best place for air fryer accessories if you don't mind the wait.
I bought the equivalent of the Party Master with 4 skewers for less than 1/3 of the HN price

Can I assume you have the Philips XXL and the link you provided for the accessory fits it perfectly? I only ask because usually on eBay for replicas they say in the title “to suit (item name)” but the link you provided doesn’t state it.
Can I assume you have the Philips XXL
No I have a cheaper brand.
However I measured my air fryer and the ebay seller's ad supplies the dimensions of the one they are selling, and it fits.
Specifications:
Material: stainless steel
Color: silver
Size: (approx) L15cm x W13cm x H7cm
Skewers Pin Length: about 17cm
You don't really need either. The only thing I'd recommend is a 20cm flat pan for certain items like the 3-pack croissants from Coles. 5 mins and they're crispy and sublime with some cream cheese.
For greasy food, recommend get some wax paper and line the bottom with it (under the basket) which makes cleaning any dripping juices/fat etc so much easier and less fuss. Don't do this for things like fries or frozen pastries as the circulating air effect is diminished and needed for them.
Otherwise, congrats and enjoy! Really good unit and will be fun to experiment cooking with it.
