Great deal on cashews at Coles.
Never saw them this cheap. Usually priced around $17-20 a kilo. Price at a QLD store. Probably nationwide.

Where was this OP?
bought from a QLD store
Picked up mine Northern NSW
Got mine in SA. Nice price!
wish they had unsalted available…
Hop on Grindr and find someone to suck your salty nuts for you
lol
LAMO!
Bloody hell that got me a beauty
I don't think I'd be very successful on there as a lesbian
Hey mate, local Aldi had the unsalted Cashews for $15/kg recently, I picked up a pack for myself as theyre genuinely quite good unsalted!
Hope this helps
Can be ordered online so it is likely a national promo;

Does anyone know the country of origin?Packed in Australia from less than 10% Australian ingredients
Most cashews selling in Australia are from Vietnam
Hopefully someone can buy a packet and confirm shortly?
I just bought a pack. Pack says sourced from Vietnam or India.
looks like 10% is salt.
Gotta say, I like my salt, but these are indeed incredibly salty.
That's why I only eat 10% of each packet so I'm only eating Australian ones
The pack says they are from India or Vietnam. I like them.
Deal breaker for me https://vietnamtimes.org.vn/western-retailers-boycott-thai-c…
Cashews, not coconuts!
My understanding is Cashews are allowed to fall then harvested off the ground.
Vietnam or India, that's what the pack says!
can anyone tell that it tastes different? Cashews are grown in tropical climates.
Definitely, but when there's no choice…
Nuts.
nutin's gonna stop me
just snagged some - thanks OP
I found some yesterday at Coles in Riverton, WA. Excellent deal.
Check the Barcode 93 is Australian.
Google barcodes information its very helpful to tell the Country of origin. My starts with 93. Nice!
That's incorrect
Many people mistakenly believe that the first few digits of the barcode numbers show the country of origin of the product. However, the barcode number says NOTHING accurate about the country of origin of the product. The only thing that these first few digits show is the country of origin of the barcode number itself. So, in reality, products that come from any specific country can have any barcode number on them.
https://internationalbarcodes.com/country-code-prefix/and as clearly pointed out earlier less than 10% Australian…
That's nuts!
Thx OP, just grabbed 2x packs..
Sydney sth Coles..
This is in the weekly ad so surprised nobody noticed it
I wish the unsalted (natural) ones were at this price.
Can rinse for pre-cooking but sadly no good as a snack for those of us not wanting a massive sodium intake.
It's not just about salt.. they are roasted too. I prefer natural.
I tuned out when I saw they were salted but yes I prefer natural too.
Salted cashews= recipe for blood pressure.
Cashews have high sodium, salted ones act like icing on the cake.
Good deal though but I wish they would have it on natural unsalted version too.can someone who has purchased tell me what expiry dates you got please?
