How to Buy Xbox One Game from International Microsoft Stores?

I would like to buy a Xbox One game that is not available in the Microsoft Australia store but is available in many other Microsoft stores worldwide.
How should I go about purchasing the game from, say, Microsoft US?
Will it be playable on my Australian Xbox One console after purchase?
