I'm a new user to the commbank app and they sent me some offers like the save $10 on $40 spend at caltex (as seen on ozB.
I clicked activate and it said activated. But nothing showed up in the activity tab. And today I filled up at caltex with the relevant card and thought perhaps I'd get some type of notification but still nothing.
Is this normal? Or do you just not hear anything from them until they credit the funds back in your account?

I filled up Thursday night and got a notification Sunday morning that the $10 will be credited soon
I used a similar deal (Menulog deal) and after few days, I noticed that it is showing as claimed in Activity tab with the claimed date. I got the cash back few weeks later.
Same here, don’t stress it will come through soon.
I used the same deal last Tuesday evening and today it is shown in the "Activity" tab as claimed.
Yeah I filled up on Monday and I did get a notification during the week about it that I didn't take much notice of - i just assumed it was confirming it was done. But the money hasn't gone in yet. Will just give it a few more days I guess

$10 payment went in last night. So 5 business days which is OK
No notification. Funds are usually credited 5-10 days after purchase.
