I hav e a Netflix family account which I share with some randoms off classifieds.
The agreement is that we all make one profile each on the account and have the log in on one device so it is only played at the maximum of 4 screens at a time. I am the administrator.
Sometimes when I go to play Netflix, it hangs at exactly 24% and won't progress. I can't figure out why, Google doesn't tell me anything.
Do you believe it is because other people with my log in are using all 4 screens at once or is it another reason?
It's infuriating as I set this up and I don't want people flouting our agreement so that I can't watch a movie when I want to.
I have decent NBN 50 so I it's not an internet issue.

other reason. you'll get kicked out or get “Too many people are using your account right now” or “Your Netflix account is in use on too many devices.” error messages if that was the case.
have you tried using it with your mobile data? another device?
