Hello
Got a cheap Aldi meat grinder…
Well, its cheap and kind of works.
Looking for a better one. Something that actually has sharp knife and auger edges and something that I don't need to disassemble for cleaning after just a few pieces of meat that may had interconnecting tissue
Electric one will probably be better (and maybe cheaper in some cases), but its another kitchen gadget that takes a lot of room

Not easy to come by.
I have a Sunbeam Cafe Series MX9500 (grinder is MX0600 which is discontinued)Try ebay and aliexpress.
One of the last meat dish I made was meatballs what I knife minced/chopped the meat.
The texture was really different from machine minced meat. I mixed in fat and lean meat. It was a fun experiment. It took longer than the 2-3 min that that article described.https://thewoksoflife.com/how-to-grind-meat-without-a-grinde…
Trust me, whichever grinder you get you will need to pull apart to clean after 'a few peices of meat'.
Do you have a kitchenaid mixer?

Have you considered an attachment to your food processor? Assuming you have one if you've got a meat grinder at home..
