This is the biggest scam. They've been sending me invoices with the jpeg "FREE TRIAL" on the invoice so I didnt think anything of it but I just realised they're charging. I can't seem to remove my own credit card info and I cannot even submit the form to cancel it as there's an error everytime.

i accidentally signed up for a years of catch club instead of a monthly trail to buy an one off item.
I filled out that same form to cancel and they responded with 2 days. I was glad i didn't get stuck with the yearly fee.
I had no problems cancelling my own Club Catch using the online form, but this was a few weeks ago.
You could try another browser, or another device ? Switching browsers sometimes works for me, with problematic web-pages.
I did the trial-then-cancel a few months back. Didn't have any issues with it, but it is irritating having to do it via the helpdesk or email. This is the kind of thing you should be able to do yourself with a single click in your account settings on the website.

When switching between service providers of any kind, or before cancelling any service or subscription, always update your billing credit card to a prepaid or virtual one with $1 on it, right before leaving.
Get one from Coles when it's on special, spend it on groceries or pay a bill with it and leave just $1 on $2 on it for this very purpose.
E.g., one domain registar notoriously keeps trying to charge me for a domain I transferred away a year ago. They don't have an option to close an account. Their phone lines are shut due to COVID. They don't have an option to delete a payment method, either. But - as most of the others - they allow you to change the credit card details online.
FYI, I have just submitted the form and it worked for me first try.

I managed to cancel mine without any issue, just emailed them and they confirmed within a couple of days.
Actually got decent value out of it initially, just couldn't find anything else that I wanted to buy to justify the subscription..
Club Catch is the only service I've ever heard of where there's no option on the site or app to cancel.
I should also warn against Shutterstock, never give them a non disposable credit card number! Behind their slick ads they are basically just an Indian scam center.
so. I managed to submit a request the other day and got no response and it seems to be still active so I just hammered their service with 2-3 more cancellation requests.

Just submitted my request. Screenshotted everything and sent them an attachment showing I have 18 days left to cancel. Wasn't worried till I found this thread!!!
I'm out. Very fast response from their customer service rep, however they could not find the email address or social media email I registered with but found my account via the last four digits of my credit card. So all up took three requests.
I got caught out once. I had to call them to cancel it.
Did you do this before your 30 days trial ended?
