I'd like to buy some Euros (around €200) as a gift for my parents who are heading overseas soon. Can anyone recommend the cheapest way to buy Euros? They already have a 28 Degrees card, but I'd like to give them some cash.
Thanks :)

Do they have a senior's card? If so Travelex don't charge commission -although not always competitive with their rate -the lack of commission makes it better.
KVB are in sydney and melb. Probably the most competitive. I just used them myself after shopping around. http://www.kvbkunlun.com/en/html/contactus/index.aspx
i use to go to them all the time but they now have a $10 dollar fee for amounts less than 2K or something like that… also, the wait is crazy especially in the arvos
2k… sighs
Travelex has a reward program - check this out:
If you are in Sydney
I think the address is 794 george st. haymarket.
It's inside the newsagent next to 7/11.
Best rates out of all the places I have seen

Kvb in sydney run by chinese
just saw on the back of mx magazine that citibank citi plus account also waive foreign atm transaction fee, with other bank normally charge between 1.5-3.5% of their foreign transaction fee + $3-$5. but i don't know how good is their exchange rate.
Not exactly what you are after but I have used pennytel's (VOIP provider) pennytransfer to send money to UK. I got great exchange rates and paid no fees at the time. The money had to be transferred into a bank account
1) Find backacker holding said desired currency
2) Agree on the going rate
3) Swap
4) …
5) Profit!!!
nothing cheap in ausie mate, all money changer got big spread around 300-400 pips up and down, especially in the last couple days when the inter bank market move 200-300points, so retail has to cover with another 200 extra pips.
