Google Hebbars Kitchen for the videos. I have learnt a thing or two from it.

Wow didn’t know it had that much reach . I am assuming you are not Indian . It’s a great channel .

It is a great channel. Found it from someone whom I follow on Twitter.

He's very good. But my suggestion is to reduce the amount of fat he uses by 10x times. I am Indian and everyday Indian food is not that rich.

Totally agree we don't use that much ghee or butter just very
little, it is like eating cake which 10% butter each and every day, doesn't work that way.

And best thing about Indian food is it doesn't use processed food at all, mostly fresh

Westernised Indian food or ready to make Indian Food sets bad precedent

What if you don't know how to cook Indian curry in the first place?

      • I think he just means curry powder.

        • I do

@dosada: Curry powder is like ‘fake news’ of Indian food. It doesn’t exist!

@backupper1: you mean curried sausages with sultanas isnt authentic?

              • @dtc: No they are not. They are highly adapted items to satisfy local tastebuds.

                • @backupper1: mmm, maybe I should have made it more obvious I was joking.

a handful of curry??? that's like saying oh if you want steak just throw a cow in there and you got steak. There is nothing called curry in Indian cooking, white people brought that word. You put in assorted spices to get some flavour to your food is the way to go!
