I just went to cancel my Adobe Photography plan (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc) and saw that I would be penalised as I signed up for an annual subscription. I however noticed that the cancellation process had an "Offers" step. I thought I'd go through to this step to see if they would offer me anything, even though I had no intention of cancelling.

At the Offers step, I was given an offer of "60 days free" (worth $28.58) and all I needed to do was click Accept offer.

I have completed the free trial and have paid one month at full price. I believe you may need to go through the exact same steps to get the offer.

  I didn't get any free stuff on offers step on my side. Maybe because I checked it back at March I think and talked to support for free 2 months

  Apparently this offer can only be obtained once. I did this last year and just tried to haggling with a support and he/she said system wouldn't let him/her to apply the same offer to my account.
