How Long Did Your Boost SIM Take to Arrive?

My current plan is coming to an end next week. I ordered a Boost prepaid SIM (yearly prepaid) over a week ago and Telstra has said there are extended delays.

Just wondering how long people have waited for delivery recently? (Had I known I wouldve just bought a $2 Sim and recharged :@)

Not sure if I need to account for a week or months re an interim solution

    TOLL got hacked a few weeks ago, and they're manually processing orders.. expect delays

    I have had some pretty terrible experiences with Boost so I'd definitely over-estimate rather than under on how long it would take.

    Last time they took so long to set me up that I missed out on their bonus deal which is why I signed up, and they refused to honour the deal even though it took 4 weeks for them to send something through and it really shouldn't have taken that long. Pretty frustrating but be aware they don't have great customer service in this regard.

    • yeh I've recently learned how bad their service is. It's a shame cos they're a winner otherwise. Still trying to get in touch re a $20 SIM from 3 months ago. After an hour on hold and getting redirected to Telstra I've temporarily given up. No online support either or love on social media (which is usually a good last resort for companies)
