Just refinanced from anz to westpac. Not sure when all settlement figures will be reconciled, as found some missing funds.
Also, when should I close all my anz loan accounts? Should breakfree package be pro rata, as my anz breakfree package fee will be due in 5 days? Thank you.

You should probably ask Westpac about this since they're the ones working on it. Close your ANZ accounts after sorting out any credit card / debit services and no longer need them.
The ANZ accounts may close on their own if they are mortgage accounts only (offset accounts). Be sure you have given any direct debits your new account details so you do not get default fees should the bank close them.
