Coles Rewards MasterCard Flybuys Point from spending in PayPal

My Coles MasterCard stated I earn 2 Flybuys points per $1 spent, just wonder if I can get the points from spending in PayPal (linking the card to PayPal) and pay by PayPal.

    yes but you won't get points if paypaling a government organisation
