Hello Everyone, Looking for the suggestion on how to enable ECG feature in apple watch(US Stock) bought from recent ebay plus deal.
I already tried couple of things:
1. Tried to change Region in Watch Application on iPhone
2. Tried to change Language
3. Restarted watch and iphone
But still can't see app for ECG, Please help if someone already enabled this feature.

Do the iMazing method in the post above or if you’re on a jailbreakable version of iOS, jailbreak and install ECG enabler.
I heard you can't see it in Aus because its not an approved therapeutic device
Move to USA (you can then use ECG monitoring device at hospital after you catch Covid :P)

Someone who got ECG data , share the account , then you can sign and syn , then active, I did on this way.

Nope, everything was good. And ECG gets hooked up with your apple account so even if you upgrade your watch in future, ECG will get activated on new watch as well.
I have just literally enabled the ECG on the Series 6 using the iAmazing app!
Is iAmazing is paid or trail worked for you?
Only paid license can be used to restore backup.

Just a heads up ppl, the recent update of the iOS 14.3 and WatchOS 7.2 made the ECG hack not working again.
No solutions are available as of now unless you want to jailbreak it.
