I signed up to Samsung Online's mailing list 2 days ago to get the $50 off promo code, as I wanted to purchase a Galaxy Watch. Still haven't received the promo code, and long story short, they say they are "having issues" and I will just have to wait. The promo (and discount on the watch I believe) expires in a couple of days.
Has anyone received a code successfully or is it just bait to get you to sign up to the mailing list?
Yeah I've been checking junk mail… I actually signed up using my work email too (just in case) and it hasn't been received there either! I even sent an email to [email protected] and haven't received a non-automated reply
Takes a long time to get delivered. Mine got sent 5 days later.
I received it within the hour of signing up.
Mine took almost 2 weeks to arrive. It's to stop you doing exactly what you're doing and only signing up to get a discount on something that's already discounted.

I thought the same was happening to me, but I checked my junk mail and it was in there lol, bought the active 2 with it.
