Hi, I've never had an issue with Shopback before having made a lot of successfully purchases over the years until trying to use it with ebay having made a couple of purchases recently. Both were not tracked and after logging a ticket i was told about not clicking through correctly etc etc. So just wondering if other people have had successful tracking with Shopback and ebay or I am alone and maybe genuinely doing something wrong?
Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Both with Shopback and Cashrewards, though i think the latter is a bit more reliable
Look up reviews and I can assure you Cashrewards kicks Shopback butt !
Dealt with them twice and on both occasions, they denied any payback as my order "wasn't tracked", even after following all their instructions during the purchase. Had enough of the back and forth as I don't like the feeling of not being believed.
I switched to ShopBack and about 95% of purchases are auto tracked. The other 5% I had to manually chase them up, but at least they followed up and paid eventually.
Just my experience, not associated with either company. If I decide to return to Cashrewards in the future, I'll invest in a good screen recorder software to record each and every step I do as evidence.
I've had positive experiences with both shopback & CR, as said this is the first times i've run into issues
