As the Coles version is new, no one would have experience with it. Just compare the prices, specifications, and aesthetics.

Well the Coles one is cheaper and more powerful.
it's not which is better, it's which you will find in stock and available.
Personally, I love some of the Aldi's brand products… They have good value and are of good quality :)

I can't be 100% sure and I haven't had my hands on one yet, but I believe the Coles one is roughly this if it helps:

Coles tried to turn into Aldi and fails miserably.
Was in Merrylands Coles, @7:01 am opening, it instantly sold out. They only had 3 units. 20+ queues long. Most likely hoarded by "Dick Smith" staff. Never again queuing early at Coles.
I prefer Aldi as it comes first in the alphabet, but I have a friend named Charlie who likes Coles because it is the same first letter as his name.
I guess what I am getting at is you might need to tell us what criteria are priorities to you?
