Does it actually work this time?
I was able to redeem it.
And it still took them nearly a day to get it working. Was supposed to go live yesterday at 10am AEST.
Thanks dealbot. You need the base game to play it though right?
Yes as this is a DLC.
Isnt the base game in GamePass?
yep, but that isnt free obviously, its 5 dollarydoos on pc.
Would this work with the game pass version?
@enwar: I'd hope so. It let me buy it. I might have already had a games with gold version of the base game tho, it's hard to keep track. I'm missing the other DLC so I'll probably never even play this one either.
It's clearly too early for me as typically know what that is! :)
Look at the brazil gold into gamepass ultimate+PC conversion, if you think you could be playing a lot of xbox or xbox games on PC over the next three years.
@AustriaBargain: And if you use Microsoft rewards it's not difficult to get enough points to maintain game pass ultimate for free.
@twjr: Too much effort to save $50 a year.
@AustriaBargain: How's Gamepass ultimate only costing $50/year?
@twjr: $50 a year for xbox live gold brazil. Buy three years worth, or 1 year, or two years. Anyway $50 a year give or take. Then convert to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate + PC. You can't convert if you're already in the middle of a GamePass Ultimate subscription, you have to let that expire first then go to gold then upgrade the gold to Ultimate+PC. 3 years is the max. Also MS could withdraw this offer at any time.
To claim the brazil xbox live gold codes I log into xbox.com with free TunnelBear firefox extension set to brazil.
@AustriaBargain: Understand. Not an option for an existing user then. Between introductory prices for Game Pass PC and Ultimate, vouchers for free months of Gold and Game Pass and some Reward points I had, I converted about 18 months to ultimate for about $3. If you are prepared to use Bing for searching then maintaining ultimate using Microsoft Rewards is pretty trivial too.
@twjr: You'll have to wait 18 months before doing it again, MS will surely stop offering the free upgrade by then.
can I add this to steam?
Only Xbox this time.
If it were a first party Play Anywhere game or whatever you could add the shortcut to Steam. But I think this is xbox only.
Thanks, OP! great find..
Added don't have the base game and XB1.
xbox only not PC, as if anyone plays this on xbox..
Cheers OP :)
