Officeworks return policy

I vaguely remember Officeworks has a 7-days money back return policy, but I cannot find any reference to it. It's not written on the receipt and not specified on the website: http://www.officeworks.com.au/retail/landing/return-policy.h…

Would call up the store to ask, but would prefer to see if it's written somewhere.

I'm assuming it would depend on the reason why it's being returned? Item doesn't work vs change of mind?
Not sure, but I've never had any problems returning stock for refunds/replacements.

No mention on how many days the item needs to be returned by.
