Complete a 2 minute online survey to review your life insurance company and you could win an iPhone 11.
To enter you need to have owned (or been a beneficiary of) one of the following policies in the last 12 months:
- Life insurance
- Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance
- Trauma insurance, or
- Income Protection
The online survey will ask you to rate various aspects of your insurer's service and to provide a brief comment (10 words or more) regarding your experience and whether you would recommend your insurer to others.
If you have insurance through your super fund you can provide a review on the insurer providing the insurance cover (you will find their details on your super fund website).
The winner of the iPhone 11 will be randomly drawn from all the entries received.
Evidence of policy ownership and photo ID will need to be provided in order to claim the prize.
The winner will only be contacted by email, so a valid email address needs to be provided.
