You will need a latest IOS phone to go with the watch, so you can set it up.
Why do you need to track someone’s every movement?
I know of one case where the person had Alzheimer’s and had a tendency to go on long walks and get lost. It helped their partner keep track of them, in case they couldn’t find them.
Plus you could be trying to track children for their own safety, there are many reasons.
This is my usecase.
Sadly my grandpa refuses to wear an apple watch though.
He must be a cool android guy.

Nut Tag have a watch that tracks. It seems that they have a 4G model coming out, so I guess the older models would be 3G and a waste of money. I have no idea about the functionality / quality of the product or if there are better watches out there. I'm looking at one for a 9 year old autistic child.
