Basically by the fossil sport being only $119. I bought the last one at my local store (Click and collect) bag was wrapped. Opened it when I got home and box watch and charger was scratched badly. Pretty sure this was used because there was no seal or plastic over the box.
Am I entitled to an exchange?
They said they had to talk to manager but I got out on hold for half an hour. Will try my luck at DJ today
Unless they think you have damaged it, they'll replace or refund you
I reckon you should be able to get an exchange or refund, just ask for the manager directly and be bold about it. Good luck.
Happened to me a few years back with a tablet on sale, clearly gave me the display model. They were more than happy to provide refund as it was a clearance item with no more stock, relax.
