Pulled the trigger on the LG 65 UN7300 for just under $1200 with 20% off eBay plus a few days ago.
I looked at TCL initially for some budget options but the QLED didn’t make sense at that time against more reputable brands considering its price on par/slightly dearer with LG and Samsung 65’ models before the discounts and this models current price.

I agree with this, not to punish their citizens but their government. Obviously, we can't avoid all their products but we can reduce our consumption. Bonus is that it would be better to the environment as well!
any review of this TV?
I was looking at this TV and the TCL X7. decided to go to TGG and had a chat with one of their salespersons. He mentioned they have had a lot of recent complaints about TCL TV issues. I compared 3 years WR on TCL with 1 year on LG and Samsung and he suggested if I don't want to get product care plans I go with Hisense which gives same 3 years warranty with less issues
