Worth getting a refurbished iPad?

What do you think? There's not THAT much of a saving in some ways, but you still seems like a good deal.

What about the Acer Iconia Tab on sale from Harvey Norman? It's $386 and you can do much more with it..

    I wasn't trolling. Just giving suggestion since OP missed out on the deal he mentioned. And that the title is whether it's worth getting a refurbished iPad, not "I want iPad only and is getting a refurbished one worth it?" So I thought no harm in suggesting an alternative..

      Oops you're right that's quite troll-like. I was in a rush so I thought of saying that instead of going into details about higher mega pixel cameras, full Flash support, etc.
      
      I suppose I should just say "try considering an Android Honeycomb tablet" instead. Thanks for the feedback! I'm still new around here though I've registered since last year or two but have only just gotten active in commenting this year..
