I have been locked out of my account, exactly a year after I signed up for the 3 year 99c bargain I saw here on ozbargain.
They have deleted all my databases, dns settings, and actually have completely removed any record of my ever being a customer.
I spent 2 hours online with a representaive, and despite providng proof of ID including receipt/invoice numbers, support ticket numbers, and more, the representative does not want to give me access to the site.
Since the bargain was 99c for three years and then $251.64 paid after 3 years unless cancelled, and because they are so reluctant to face facts, this smells a lot like a scam - I can no longer access my account to cancel.
Have any other Ozbargainers who took the bargain come accross this?
What the hell are you talking about ? what was the actual bargain Hosting or something?
