Looking for a floor-standing hand sanitiser dispenser like what they have at the entrance of public businesses etc. Could be automatic or manual. Preferably looking for something that doesn't need expensive or proprietary refills.

Double sided tape will get you wall mounted real easy.
The cheapest I could find in what you are looking is $152 at Officeworks. Stand only. Cassettes are extra.
