What's the difference between this and the roborock? I started looking at robot vacuum cleaners just yesterday and was overwhelmed just comparing the roborock and 360 robot vacuum :/

For current Xiaomi users, where is the best place to get online support on troubleshooting a unit? My unit isn't picking up the charger when it heads there, therefore keeps running around until it dies. Looking for a good forum to post for help…
Had same issue, in my case it was the cable that died. I bought similar cable from officeworks, worked again
I can get it to charge if I hold it in place, it's almost like the sensitivity is low… is that what happened to you?

Naah, mine was just fried cable. And make sure the base is back to a wall so it doesn't move when vacuum back to it. And from memory, try YouTube, I remember saw something similar to your issue.
@frugalman: OK - I tried YouTube as a first stop, couldn't find the same issue, but if you think something is there I will have another crack
