40% off Crossfire DG16 (85L) Long-Range Military Spec Pack - DPCU (Auscam) or Black - $350 (Was $620)

70

High-grade mil-spec pack. Way more advanced than a civvy. If you need a top range pack that's ergonomic, breathable and will last, there's not much that matches the quality and durability of Crossfire. They're backed by long warranties. Really well-thought-out packs for people that need them. More info on their website. No coupon needed for the deal. Crossfire's been design+building load carry systems for the ADF for the past 35+ years. Great reviews.

There's a youtube vid that takes you through the ins-and-outs of the pack:

Not a bad deal if it's legitimate, but then if they are legit, they'd know that it's called DPCU and not DCPU.

Pretty cool but would be better if they made the frame detachable.

There's not many non-military applications for a (relatively) heavy weight backpack.

you can start a "prepper" YouTube channel and film yourself walking around your local park with it and a gillysuit

I've been in so many but people keep mistaking my videos because they can't see me.

        Yeah, I am that good.

  • What's the weight limit? I carry my groceries home, 30-50kgs should be fine?

  • I can only pay in roubles, euros or USD

      CHEEKI BREEKI

      • Heeeeere's BORIS

  • Problems come when you place your pack down in a potential camp area and then gather firewood. All trees look the same and it becomes hard to find. 😂

If you want a cheaper alternative you can get a surplus ADF large field pack on ebay for $80. If they are fitted correctly they are quite comfortable.

  • Did anyone else read this as AU SCAM?

  • Crikey the bags weighs 4.5kg!

Honestly the only tech that seems innovative is the resin frame, which apparently flexes a little to reduce hard frame fatigue.

G1000 or heavy cordura and memory foam are not revolutionary in any way.
MOLLE ladders and hook-and-loop is not revolutionary.
Internal load straps are not revolutionary.

I'm sure it's a very sturdy pack, but pretending like it's years ahead of 'civvie' packs is typical military wank.
