    • yep, thats what i always check before posting on here… (39 cents) so i still thought it was worth it…

  • Is this good? comparing with fable 2?

    • It seems to have good reviews from IGN and Gamespot, but I had heard that it was plagued by bugs. Hopefully thats been patched up and such.

      • That's because IGN and other major reviewers were pretty much bribed by Microsoft to give a good review when it was first released, the real review from IGN is the PC Version of the review which got a 6.

    • It's not as good as Fable 2, but it's still a decent game. Worth ~$18, sure.

      • You know what? I've been thinking about it, and it's nowhere near as good as Fable 2. And it only might be worth $18. The story is mediocre, the characters are charmless, and there's a game mechanic at one point that involves an hour of listening to similar things over and over then choosing A or B.

  • I purchased it a while back when it was on sale - I found it was a pretty sub standard game. Sure there are a few things to do but before you know it, you are already at the end of the game in under a few hours. Multilayer is kind of fun but it feels neglected as the difficulty does not get harder.

I had difficulties getting the game to work from steam, in the end I had to download the Microsoft gaming center program.

Anyway as for the bargain - yes its cheap so you get my +1, but i don't recommend the game unless you are really bored or have a fetish for a chicken costume.
