Our BOOST- based "XiaoMi" phones can't ring ea other OR an (Optus) Circles.Life phone

Fairly new MAX 3's (both on BOOST) can't ring each other.
(Trying to do that returns Nil ringing but, after a while,
-sometimes- seems to connect us to the Messagebank of rung phone.

Meanwhile, called phone give No Hint, that any1 has rung it)

Optus / Circles.Life phone's ring goes thru on 1 of the 2 XiaoMi phones (the smaller 1)

New symptom:

  • "Missing voicemail number / No voicemail number is stored on the SIM card"

We've toggled Power ('don't think we can access either battery)

    Boosts can not ring ea other

    so, I'll now test the other issue phone…

    I had an issue on an old Xiaomi where it was deleting the 0 from the start of the number when attempting to ring, and of course failing. Adding +61 instead seemed to fix it

      I'm on boost as well. However my phone is a Pixel 3a. I have noticed the same thing. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme nor reason for it. I just happens sometimes with some contacts.

        Try turning off assisted dialing

          Didn't even know of that feature. Thank you. I've disabled it now and will observe if it still happens.
