Yeah would be keen to know how C4 Sport compares to the normal C4
Not as good…less caffeine, no creatine nitrate. Most of the other stuff is a prop blend so can't gauge exactly what's changing and by how much. You have to at least double scoop either of these so halve the portions IMO.
FYI it's pretty much always $30 on iherb.
Underdosed ingredients and prop blend would lead me to say not good at all. Caffeine buzz and Beta alanine tingles make you think something is happening. Tried C4 as my first pre and never bought again. Now preworkouts cant contain DMAA or DMHA they are not as strong or fun. Just smash a few coffee's before your workout to get energy.
Pretty sure I got 60 for $58 at Chemmy Wares just the other day. This is better but I don't believe that was even on special?

Are these any good? C4 used to be good long time ago but it got weaker and weaker. Is this one good at all?
