yeah I've always assumed it's a welcome voucher, once per account as I've tried to before but it didn't work. Maybe they've changed it based off OP's post
That's so weird, I've used it previously on my account and was able to use it again today (hence posting it) but my daughter just tried to use it on hers for a second time and had the same issue you guys are having! She couldn't use it a 2nd time and it ONLY told her that after she filled in her beauty preferences. Mine have never been filled in!
Another one that works on my account and not hers was using SHIP20 for free shipping. I was able to do that one when I only ordered TO's Peeling Solution and it worked for shipping to Aus…might be worth a try.
