Wonder if validity of jetstar voucher issued in Feb (non covid) too has got extended or not. I have around $600+ vouchers issued on medical reasons in Feb2020.
Is there a way to chat with them…. cant get thru their phones / chat just reaches 'Jess' and stops…
I googled Jetstar refund and came up with a form that took 30secs. Got a full cash refund.
