This also works as a general USB-C PD charger. Power output is rated at 7.5W/5V or 39W/15V. It does not support 9V or 20V output.
I find some things refuse to charge at all with it. Like my v30+. Would not recommend
Works perfectly with my Ipad Pro
Note 9 is fine also, as was generic lenovo laptop, though friends phone seemed a bit pissy about it. Xiaomi maybe?
It's likely the V30+ and those others expect 9V power output, which this doesn't support unfortunately.
