My first (and last) time using Sendle. They aren’t a courier company like Toll or DHL which I’ve had no major problems with- Sendle seems almost like a scam company.
Bought an item off eBay and they used Sendle as Australia Post had Covid19 delays. I was at home during Covid lockdown for 1 week. NO ATTEMPTS at delivery but tracking says “attempted delivery” x3. Delivered back to sender and got lost. I opened up an investigation with no satisfactory outcome.. No phone number support. I emailed 5 times over 2 weeks with no response.
I’ve read through the Google Reviews and they’re TERRIBLE. Very high rate of missing deliveries, or no attempts at delivery. Worst is there’s NO SUPPORT. Your missing item enquiry just ends up with “Parcel missing” and.. that’s it.
Definitely much much worse than Australia Post- they have zero accountability.
There is a similar thread posted elsewhere, however if I notice before purchasing this is enough to stop me buying an item.
Pre COVID I had multiple packages take 1 to 2 months to arrive with unreliable tracking and almost no support by Sendle.
